Activities

fifthplay develops software solutions for a better follow-up of patients in their home environment. Patients take their measurements at home with a blood pressure meter, heart rate monitor, weight scale, glucosemeter or spirometer, and without further intervention of the patient these measurements are securely transmitted via the internet to your assigned care provider.  The care provider then has remote access to the health parameters of their home care patients.
